Start Your Journey to Understanding Your Womanhood
The Creighton Model FertilityCare System is taught as a woman's health education program to empower you to better understand your unique body and cycle.
When you learn Creighton Model, you’ll find the instruction very thorough yet adaptable. Because every woman’s cycle is different, the only proper way to learn Creighton Model is through tailor-made instruction.
Introductory Session
After an initial Introductory Session, Creighton Model is taught in individual meetings, called Follow-Ups.
Follow-Ups
The first 4 follow-ups are held fortnightly so you can get the foundational information and quickly get up and running. You’ll work closely with your Practitioner to ensure you are comfortably and accurately charting your observations.
As you get more comfortable, follow-ups are held less frequently and allow more tailored instruction as you and your Practitioner start identifying helpful trends or potential issues in your cycles. These sessions allow the client to learn the system thoroughly and at their own pace.
As Creighton Model is intended to be used throughout your entire reproductive life, you receive a comprehensive foundation during the 1st year of use and as your needs change, your FertilityCare Practitioner can help you adapt the instructions to suit your evolving needs.

The FertilityCare App
The FertilityCare App integrates seamlessly into the teaching of the Creighton Model FertilityCare System.
Unlike common period tracking apps, this cutting-edge App is quite unique because it works in tandem with what you are learning about your body through Creighton Model. Your FertilityCare Practitioner will offer it to you when you can confidently chart your cycle observations.
Teen Creighton
“Why didn’t I learn this at school?” is a question we hear from our clients all the time.
Traditional sex education classes unfortunately don’t equip modern young women with a working knowledge of how a natural healthy menstrual cycle works. This leads to a lack of understanding about their female fertility hormones and how their reproductive cycles are part and parcel of the women they are. Add to that, the societal pressure that is imposed by social media platforms in promoting unrealistic standards of perfection and early sexual activity which results in many young women unnecessarily struggling with insecurity or shame about their bodies.
By learning how to chart their cycles from a very young age, girls are empowered with a comprehensive understanding of how their female bodies work. They learn how their new hormones affect their mood, shape, ability to concentrate, skin condition, and much more. It can help them accept body changes and feel better about themselves.
We welcome teenage girls (and their mothers) to learn the Creighton FertilityCare system to be better informed as they grow and mature. Many young women have found relief from horrible cramps, acne, and other health issues without being prescribed artificial hormones (like the Pill).
We proudly present Teen Creighton, a program for secondary school students. This program promises to give adolescent girls a perspective on their womanhood that will serve them well as they grow into beautiful young women, both inside and out.
