Optimizing Your Womanhood
and Wellness

Empowering women and couples to take control of their natural reproductive health.

Improve and Sustain Your Overall Health and Wellbeing

When we learn to read our body’s signals, we discover what is working and what is not. This puts us on the path to optimal wellbeing. This means different things for different people.

Are you…

…a married couple challenged by infertility or miscarriage, hoping to achieve successful conception and a healthy pregnancy?

… a teenager experiencing horrible cramps or acne, wanting to find relief naturally?

… an engaged couple interested in responsibly planning your family without artificial contraceptives by taking joint responsibility for the beauty of your combined fertility once married?

… a woman wanting to take control of your health and truly understand your body?

… a woman approaching menopause, seeking to understand the changing signs of your body and being able to manage symptoms naturally?

… a career-focused woman, hoping to understand how stress impacts your menstrual cycle and well-being so you can manage it better?

… a woman looking to manage your health without the Pill?

Ireland Women’s Health

Our bodies are in a constant state of transition

A woman’s moods, energy levels, and libido are governed by her month-long cycles, otherwise known as her menstrual cycle.

During the menstrual cycle, your body naturally produces fluctuating hormones. These cyclical highs and lows influence not only your reproductive health, but also how you feel, how you interact with others, and your general wellbeing. Your health and fertility are intertwined.

The remarkable activity of our cycles gives us women our superpowers of ovulation, gestation, and lactation. You are so beautifully complex.

You are your fertility cycle.

Your femininity, your womanhood, your unique “you-ness” is all down to the ebb and flow of your female reproductive hormones. These hormones are powerful and when kept in tune, they are your best friend. They are necessary for good health and are all connected in some way to ovulation.

Ovulation is the main event in a woman’s menstrual and fertility cycle. It is a necessary bodily function, just like breathing or sleeping.

By carefully observing and tracking the daily changes in your body, you’ll know when you are ovulating.

“Something is not quite right.”

If you are not ovulating regularly, your well-being can suffer.

When the function of your cycle is shut down or bypassed (naturally or artificially), you are going to feel the effects. You may feel “not quite right”, as though “something is missing.” Your hormonal cycle is missing. This will affect you physically, emotionally, spiritually, and intellectually because your cycles are an integral part of your womanhood.

Things like stress (physical or emotional) can delay your ovulation and normal workings of your cycle.

Inconsistent cycles (which may include unusual bleeding, brown spotting, PMS, and varying length cycles, etc.) can be red flags indicating that your cycle isn’t working as it should.

Hormonal contraception (eg. The Pill, IUD, implants) flatlines your hormones, impacting your moods and relationships.

This can be confusing when you don’t understand how the female body works!
